MICHAEL LYNCH (The magician)
Was born in Santiago de Cali and a few months his family moved to New York, where he is exposed to innumerable ethnic flavors and varieties, after many years he Back to cali.
He grew in the atmosphere of the Holiday cakes, well known at that time in Colombia. After, studying art at the San Francisco Art Institute and the Art Students League of New York. Subsequently, a professor of fine arts and painter, with strong influences in abstract expressionism in union with a strong exploration of the human figure.
His life revolves between two passions: arts and cook. That's why he decides to mount a successful pizza: Pizza Toucan. Later in the Plazuela Restaurant society is created.
Then he went to USA and worked in some restaurants in South Florida. He played professionally in the dining room as professor and executive chef.
Today, he is interested in the concept of "fresh kitchen": a combination of excellent ingredients, where meals should know what they are, the better of the ingredients, the better of cook. Food that can be eaten every day. And now it has come up with a unique concept to unwind and enjoy a great dining experience: Teatro Mágico del Sabor.
