El teatro mágico del sabor is located in San Antonio Neigborhood, has its doors open Monday to Saturday from 12m pm to 3 pm and from 7:30 pm.

There is possibility to hold events at the restaurant for groups of people or businesses, which include entrees, cocktails and desserts according to customer preference, all to make visitors feel comfortable in the place and enjoy delicious food combined with art.

EXPERIENCIES

my experience at the restaurant was known better as more local, when you get to the top and saw the front of the restaurant thought it was not the place as it was like a very old house and thought he was better looking but after that opened the door and into the first room there, I surprised a lot had some paintings that were like bosetos a very nice pencil accompanied by some very classic seats and a few very comfortable sofas when I felt I wanted to stay there a while and maybe sleep in the back room this as a kind of theater where the main event was the cusine where the chef prepared dishes in a different way is a show full of different colors, food and excellent mood of the chef.

My experience is very satisfactory, because San Antonio is a place where we can put aside the daily life that we live, to we focus on things outside of work or study. This is where we can share with different cultures and tribes of the city, listen to some stories and try artisanal food that makes this place something different. 
As for Teatro Mágico del Sabor, it was a pleasure to meet this magician, who had as a project the realization of a dream, the concept of el teatro mágico of something innovative and unique taste in the world, in which mix the art, ingredients of different dishes and good wine. It is an experience to go out to eat very different. A space that inspires tranquility and wish to follow visiting by its particular way of mixing art and cook.

Interview about Teatro Mágico del Sabor...

MICHAEL LYNCH (The magician)





Was born in Santiago de Cali and a few months his family moved to New York, where he is exposed to innumerable ethnic flavors and varieties, after many years he Back to cali.

He grew in the atmosphere of the Holiday cakes, well known at that time in Colombia. After, studying art at the San Francisco Art Institute and the Art Students League of New York. Subsequently, a professor of fine arts and painter, with strong influences in abstract expressionism in union with a strong exploration of the human figure.

His life revolves between two passions: arts and cook. That's why he decides to mount a successful pizza: Pizza Toucan. Later in the Plazuela Restaurant society is created. 
Then he went to USA and worked in some restaurants in South Florida. He played professionally in the dining room as professor and executive chef.

Today, he is interested in the concept of "fresh kitchen": a combination of excellent ingredients, where meals should know what they are, the better of the ingredients, the better of cook. Food that can be eaten every day. And now it has come up with a unique concept to unwind and enjoy a great dining experience: Teatro Mágico del Sabor.
